The board asked about AI governance. Now you need an answer.
Frameworks tell you what to have. These engagements install it. Scoped, time-boxed, fixed fee, and delivered by the person who wrote the playbooks — no associate team, no bench.
RUAIH Readiness Diagnostic
Three weeks. Five to six interviews, a scored assessment against the five focus areas, a gap register, a 90-minute executive read-out and a board-ready deck.
$7,500 – $12,500
Board and executive education
A session that leaves your board able to ask the right follow-up question rather than the one the vendor prepared for.

Fractional AI Governance Advisor
Roughly sixteen to twenty hours a month, six-month minimum. For an organisation that needs the capability before it can hire for it.
$6,000 – $12,000 / month
How engagements run
A 30-minute call where you describe the situation. If an engagement is not the right answer you will be told that on the call and pointed at the book or toolkit that is. Then a written proposal with fixed scope, fixed price, fixed dates and the specific artifact you hold at the end.
No BAA required. A governance assessment reviews policies, committee structures and registries. It touches no PHI, which removes weeks from your onboarding.
We can supply a sole-source justification memo, a W-9, certificate of insurance and our own professional services agreement — the paperwork is usually what delays these, so it is ready before you ask.
