Why the mapping is not obvious
RUAIH names transparency, education and training as one area, and the guidance separates AI literacy from tool training. They are different curricula with different audiences and organisations routinely deliver only the second.
The most common failure
Training built for the tool and not for the failure. Clinicians are taught what the output means when it is right and nothing about what it looks like when it is wrong. The highest-value hour of AI training in any organisation is the one that teaches people to recognise and report a bad output.
