Refund policy

Thirty days, no questions asked, on every toolkit and every licence bought through this site. You keep the files.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked for one or offered a discount to stay. Refunds are issued to the original card within five working days and take a further few days to appear depending on your bank.

Why you keep the files

Because trying to claw back a spreadsheet you have already opened is theatre. If a toolkit was not worth what you paid, the honest response is to give you the money back, not to spend a week revoking a download link. If you find it useful later, buy it again.

What we cannot refund

Books bought on Amazon. We never receive that money, so we cannot return it. Amazon handles those refunds under its own policy and its Kindle returns window is short, so act quickly if you want one.

Advisory work already delivered. If an assessment has been carried out and the findings handed over, the work has been done. Scope, price and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before any advisory engagement starts, and those terms govern.

If something is broken

If a download fails, a file is corrupt, or a workbook does not do what the page said it does, that is not a refund question, it is a defect. Email us and we will fix it and send you the corrected file. Tell us even if you do not want your money back, because a formula that is wrong for you is wrong for everyone who bought it.

Chargebacks

Please email first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, and there is nothing it achieves that an email to [email protected] will not achieve faster.
